| We believe in the triune God, God the Father, the Son (Jesus Christ), and the Holy Spirit (Trinity). God has promised that He will send His Spirit to dwell in us and teach us because the Holy Spirit is the Helper according to what Jesus Christ has promised. (I Cor. 2:12; John 14:17; 15:26; 16:7-8; 3:5; Gal.3:14,15; Matt. 3:2-3) We believe the teaching of John the Baptist, that all believers should be baptized in water. (Matt. 3:11; John 1:28; 3:26) We also believe that the One who came after John the Baptist was the Savior Jesus Christ. (Matt. 3:11,12; John 1:33.) Whoever believes in Jesus Christ should be baptized in the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in other tongues, whether it is the tongue of man or of Heaven. (I Cor. 14:2; 12:7-9) |
